Shipping policy

Processing Times 
Processing times vary by item, ranging from 1 day to 10 weeks, depending on the product. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Origin  
All orders are shipped from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

International Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all items to the following regions:

- North America (U.S. & Canada)
- European Union & United Kingdom

For all other locations, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. ARMA Designs is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@habesha.fashion with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a standard address at checkout. Thank you for your understanding!
