Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom-made products (including any changes to design, pattern, or color) are non-returnable, as these products are made per your request and specifications.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.
  • All returns should be shipped to our designated location in Ethiopia. 

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@habesha.fashion to request a return authorization, return shipping address, and detailed return instructions.
  2. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, minus the initial shipping charges. A receipt for shipping costs will be emailed to you.
  • After inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If your refund hasn't  arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at support@habesha.fashion.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available. Please contact us to discuss product availability and terms.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or customized by the customer.
  • Custom-made orders tailored to your preferences are not eligible for return or exchange.

Special EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a European Union address, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide an explanation.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase is required.
